Director-Childminder
My name is Bernice. I'm an Ofsted Registered Childminder in the Bedfont Area of Feltham, with an OFSTED rating good since January 2017, and works all year round.
I am married with three children, ages between 9 and 12 years old, in full-time education. Because they're all in school, it allows me to do my job more effectively.
We live in a six-bedroom detached house in Ashford, Surrey. I have a vast sized garden, soon maybe filled with trampoline, Slides, Sea-saws, Swingers and other equipment, allowing all the children to do more physical activities, suitable for each children's age Stage of development.
Assistant Caregiver
Simona
Simona is a mother of a beautiful six-year-old daughter with much experience in childcare.
She loves children and likes to see them thrive in a nurturing, safe and secure environment. She is passionate about children and wants to instill good manners and confidence in them.
Simona is a hands on person and hard-working, always paying attention to the children's needs.
She is first Aid trained, Safeguarding trained, and has an enhanced DBS.
Simona is currently doing her level two in the children and young people's workforce and hopes to be a Childminder myself in a few years.
Admin & IT Manager
Becca
Becca is our IT manager. She is a charismatic person with a lot of enthusiasm and determination in her profession's chosen field, a hands-on person who is always looking for new ways to do things to improve herself and her work. Becca holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and a certificate in Office Automation. Below are some of her credentials:
Certified Administrative Management and Office Professionals.
She is additionally a Social Media Influencer, Web Content Manager, and freelancer.
Beca has three lovely and respectful children and is an active Sunday school teacher in her local church. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media and Design. We are proud to have her onboard our team.
